We're committed to making your experience with D15StudyHub as flexible and fair as possible. Our refund policy is designed with your needs in mind.

Cancellations

Student-Initiated Cancellations: If you need to cancel a class you've booked or miss a scheduled session, we'll do our best to reschedule you into another class. Please note, rescheduling is subject to tutor availability and is not guaranteed.

Tutor-Initiated Cancellations: In the rare event that a tutor must cancel a class, we will reschedule the lesson. You will be notified of any tutor cancellations as soon as possible.

Refunds

Attended Classes: Once you have attended a class, you are no longer eligible for a refund for that specific session. This policy ensures our tutors are fairly compensated for their time and expertise.

Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand by the quality of our tutoring. If you attend a class and are unhappy with the service, we will refund you for all remaining, unattended classes you have booked. We want you to feel confident that you are getting value from every session with us.

How to Request a Reschedule or Refund

To reschedule a missed class: Please email your tutor directly. 

To request a refund: Please email us at info@d15studyhub.com. Be sure to include your full name, the date and name of the class, and the email address you used for the booking.
